I love olive oil in my food and even as a help in the morning, three tablespoons helps with my weight and diet. High in all kinds of helpful anti-swellings in fingers and pains. I use it to help me with my fingers. I also use it to mix with my essential oils rather than the vegetable oils. I prefer the use of Olive oil on my own skin. So instead of using moisturisers that have a wide range of chemicals which are harmful to your health I would highly recommend you use Olive Oil
