Too easy to loose everything. No one puts all their eggs in one basket. Absolutely a disaster waiting to happen.
I have seen first hand how easy it is for people to suffer at the hands of others because of misunderstood and misdiagnosis of a young people’s lives. Decisions that are taken on a misread digital document because the information on the screen was not the patient sitting I the office at the time. Two young lives destroyed one died and one perfectly healthy lost her leg. It is not safe to trust technology, data in putters are human and that’s where the issues lies.
If a person misreads data and is under pressure to generate and accumulate data and cross reference it, if they mis read even a digit or a word, name or date of birth it is terrible the consequences.
Common sense says NO to this.
