Rosemary and Thieves Oils

I have been doing some research and have chosen to use Young Living as my Essential Oils of choice.

I was doing some research into the benefits of using Rosemary not just in your cooking but in your diffusers and in your body oils too. The great fragrance and benefits were very instructive. Great for your brain health, it seems to me be able to relax the mind and relax the body too. I put some in a diffuser this day and discover to my surprise how relaxed I have felt all day since then. I only put 3 drops of oil into the water in my diffuser and was immediately taken aback at how fast I felt relaxed and my mind was stilled from all the rushing about and would highly recommend you try it for your own home use.

Rosemary is more than a herby condiment. Steam distilled from the flowers and leaves of an evergreen shrub native to the Mediterranean; this fresh and fragrance oil is deeply cleansing. It is believed that Rosemary helps improve clarity and focus as scholars in Ancient Greece often wore Rosemary wreaths around their heads to support clear thinking. Discovering what is great about you

We are all unique and yet all the same. All have our own concerns about our health both mental and physical health.

Learning to be more positive about yourself and enjoying the life you live is vital. I for one enjoy every day I have been given as a gift from the Creator. His wonderful plans he has for all of us. As we return to looking at Him knowing we cannot do anything of ourselves to change what is happening to us. I for one have learned many lessons over the years of understanding the importance of turning to the creator. I would not be here at all after all the dreadful experiences and sicknesses in my own life. Now I am glad that I have handed my Life over to the Great Creator who knows me very well indeed. He created me just as I am full of my own complexities and dreams and understandings.

For me my Nu life wellness blog is more than just a promotion page, it is more a sharing about how we can help one another to grow in understanding of our own weaknesses and face ourselves head on with all our fears and anxieties. Afterall most humans are wreaks today. For me coming to the Father each day asking Him to show me how to become a more better person than I have been in the past. Coming to him with the knowledge that He wants to restore and heal and bring the best out in me. Learning to become more like the woman of the Proverbs 31 which is incredible as she is so busy taking care of herself and her family and her community it is amazing she even has time to do the sewing and knitting and flax spinning and making clothes for her family. We today are so far from this incredible woman.

Recently I have been doing an in-depth study of this Woman in Proverbs 31 and realise just how much we have been taught not to be like her with the media and films that depict women like her as dowdy and not important, yet when you really take a close look at her she is actually the epitome of what a woman should be and was created to be. We were given such a great commission to be a help mate, home maker. Without the woman in the life of a man then there is not really the comfort that a woman can bring with her support and understanding. We as women today need to rethink and return back to the true values of woman.

Many are too busy with their careers that they miss the joy of mother hood and bringing up children with teaching them new life skills such as cooking and keeping house and even learning to sew and knit and recycling their wonderful things that they may have in favourite pieces of furniture. Learning to plant a garden and grow their own fruit and veg. There is so much a woman can teach and pass on knowledge to the young. Being a woman is more than just being a pretty piece on someone’s arm. It is so much more.

There are great women in the bible who were extremely influential in their time and yet still managed to keep their family values and treating the community with the respect and pleasure of taking care of their nearest and dearests no matter how far away they were.

Reading about Sarah and Ruth, and Judith. Mary the mother of Jesus was incredible person in her own right. What a gift to be chosen to be the mother of the saviour of the whole world. With her lovely way as a woman that she would have been taught to be by her mother and grandmother and other women in the community all sharing the delights of bringing up children and enjoying their times together in the gardens and fields and learning new skills all the time. Even sitting here writing this piece I get a great sense of achievement that I can put this down to share with others.

I am pretty sure there are others out there that think that same as me. Have a great day and enjoy the life you have got. Pray for wisdom and guidance and understanding. Bring your family back to the fellowship with the Creator. That is the woman’s role too. Pray for everyone in your neighbourhood and lift every one up in prayer and love. Because Love is the greatest and He loves us more that you can imagine. Because a good father always knows when to discipline his children. It is the children who are not paying attention to what He is saying. We as His children need to be coming to him and asking him for forgiveness for our turning away from him and his teachings of loving and sharing and being in unison with the Lord of Hosts, Master of Universe. Afterall none of us would be here if it had not been for his word and thoughts that brought all this into being in the first place.

You are special you are a child of the Creator of the Universe. That is an awesome thought. Every bone, every nerve, every sinew and hair on your head was specifically designed for you. We are unique we are beautifully made and we are designed to love and be loved.

Dogs Well-being

Due to the loss of my Fenda a beautiful Jack Russel who was 15 years and 3 months old.

I have been doing some research on dogs well-being and healthy eating practices. I have decided to go with this company because of their very easy approach to helping the dogs find the best diet for the dog. Along with my Essential Oils I shall be promoting this company to help develop a good long living dog.

Welcome

I have been away from here for a while travelling around and not really living in a home for a while so now I have my own home to work on and enjoy I have decided that after much research on products I want to clean my home and also diffuse in my rooms and vehicles. I have once again decided to reopen my Essential Oils website for every one to enjoy the great products.

Blood Group

Do you know how important it is to know what group your blood type is. Did you know that your diet could be needing to be tweaked to improve your over all health and well being.

I for one do understand for my own self the importance of knowing my own blood group. Certain foods and meats can trigger so many different issues in our bodies. I am not saying I know how it would affect you personally. I am going on my own results and investigation of my own health and benefits I have found since I have made changes to my own eating habit. As an O group person and discovering that Wheat and Dairy are a no no in my own diet for myself I thought I would like to share with you my own experiences and help you discover your own path to a better healthy, less fatigued and migraine life.

Discovering this book and its helpful information and then sourcing the reason why certain foods are more beneficial than others made me change my own way of eating. I feel much better, quicker, fitter and also less tired and able to cope better with stress and physical exercise .

Drinking more water rather than more coffee and tea has made a big difference in my own life. Cutting out wheat products and wheat bread has also improved my health, not stogged up or feeling bloated after eating food. Cutting out white potatoes and enjoying sweet potatoes which are delicious.

The challenge then was finding cheeses which I could eat. I have a passion for cheese and that was something I was not keen to loose. I discovered I actually prefer goats cheese rather than dairy cheese. I make some lovely goats cheese and onion scones for myself with paprika because I cannot have pepper (black or white) vinegar was another source of irritation because although I like it it does not like me one bit. Discovering so much about what is good for me has been an adventure which I am happy to share with you.

Eye to Eye

Have you ever wondered what was going on in your eyes. What is actually the basic issues that may be causing you problems with your diminishing eye sight.

I recently had an eye test which is not pleasant at the best of times. Like going to the dentist. Uncomfortable chairs and machines which just do not quite get in the right place properly.

However after my eye test with the Letters on the distant wall and the young ophthalmologist who was conducting my examination we got chatting about what was happening. She was very clear and helpful in getting me to understand the issues in my eyes. She informed me that my retinas were rather thin and may have a little stretch in one of them. this to me reminded me of the time I used my mascara brush and it slipped into my eye when I was applying my make up ages ago. Anyway I digress. She suggested I go along to the eye hospital and would put in a request for me which she duly did. Although I had already informed her that I would more likely find an alternative way to treat my eyes. Especially now I knew what I was dealing with. First time ever someone had explained to me what was wrong.

Having done some research in a selection of medical books the BMA massive medical book I have in my home and also the Alternative Medicine book I have too both confirmed that there was a possibility of a Vitamin A deficiency which could be a root cause. So guess what the old adage of eat your carrots because they will help you see better is actually not far from the the truth. In fact the humble carrot has so many great properties to it that it made me do some major research in to the matter.

I sourced my Superfoods book on more information on the humble carrot and was indeed surprised at what I found out. They are indeed full of the nutrients and vitamins which do help the eyes to stay healthy. I would highly recommend you take a look at this book as it has a wide range of great information regarding all the foods we eat and their potential health benefits.

When I discovered the full benefits of eating more carrots I was delighted. I love carrots and wondered why I did not eat more of them. There are many foods we like and enjoy yet we do not fully understand the reason why certain foods attract us when we are out shopping. I always seem to be drawn to the blue fruits and greener vegetables. I have over the past few years looking at my blood group and seeing what is the connection between certain foods and their benefits to me. So I invested in a book called Eat Right 4 Your Blood type and started some serious investigations. Since I have started to notice the changes and improvement in both my movements and overall energy increases and less tired and irritable I started to make a more serious investigation into it. So if you are interested in discovering more about how to improve your overall wellbeing and healthy body in all your organs and understand the connections between the food we eat and the state of our health then I recommend this book to you.

All entertainment passes can be bought at the Reception desk. As entertainment and events are subject to change I recommend you wait until you get to the park to buy and even book a swimming session. 

This year there has been some major improvements happening on the Park and could well still be some work in process when you book. So for your best bet wait until you get to the park to book any events or sessions. 

Prices for the passes tend to range from 3-5£ per child and 10£ plus for adults from what I understand. 

Please also note we do not supply sheets or duvets covers or pillowcases or towels.

The key code will be sent to you the day before your holiday starts as will the wifi.

All dogs must be kept on the lead within the park area and children must be supervised. 

There a lot of people who frequent the parks and have not always complied with the rules and have caused trouble for themselves and the neighbours.

We always ask for your car reg and postal address so that we can verify who you are and security for yourselves on the park.

OLIVE OIL

I LOVE OLIVE OIL, the taste and the potential healing and health properties this beautiful oil has to offer us.

It is one of the most precious oils that we have on this earth and I have recently been doing some research into the potential health benefits not just as a culinary asset in the kitchen.

Here is a link I have been looking at to get some better understanding of the best qualities of this great oil.

I am present doing my own personal research into the health benefits of this oil and have been finding it to be as good as it gets. I am not one for pharma and so always looking for a much more healthy way of dealing with issues that arise in my own life.

I fell over at the beginning of this year and damaged my shoulder and tendons in my right arm quite badly and it was taking a long time to heal, however over the past few weeks since I started taking 20ml each morning of olive oil I have noticed a significant improvement in both the swelling and movement of my arm and shoulder. I am not saying it will work with everyone, I just happen to enjoy seeing the results it is having on my own issues.

I also watched a video on how it also improves your weight management so this was my first port of call to try to see how it would help me. I have noticed some changes but it is still early days so will only be sure it has made a positive impact in that area in a more longer study of myself.

Anyway, I enjoy the flavour and smell, love it dribbled over hot toast and tomatoes so for me it is a very useful and fun oil to use. I ALSO use it in my own essential oils mixes and the combination for me is great. I know others will not like it. However I am only just saying it works for me.
