Researching some alternative ways of keeping my body fit and well and so have been reading my book on blood types discovered that there so much more to it than eating the right kind of foods and taking care of our physical well being.
I am a “O” type blood group and discovered to my surprise that the way I have been feeling so strongly about not taking medication of any description. It is a shame more people do not really pay attention to their own body warning signals and research why certain foods cause us to get bloated and windy and even cause us pain. We are not all the same and we should treat ourselves with far more respect than we do, rather than just following the crowd. I never have been very good at that and will always do my own research to help me.
