Little help

I damaged my knee last week after I had done my very active yoga and exercise routine which has meant I have not been able to do anything, I have kept walking as best as I could, using my steps monitor to encourage me to keep walking.

Now have found this routine to help me get it back in shape before I start more rigorous exercise.
