A little help from Frank.

This is one of oils I use in my water in the mornings and find it works well as a diffuser as well at taken orally. I have been doing an experiment to see if it eases the stiffness in my injured right hand, it has been both very stiff and painful for the past few years and having embarked on this journey of discovery I have found that this with other oils combined it has been of benefit to me.
