A lovely mix blended for fun

Tonight I made myself and my daughter a lovely combination oil for our beauty treatments and peace of mind, stress busters.

I combined both Olive Oil (extra virgin) and Thieves and Lavender to make a really lovely soothing scent for ourselves.

I am sure you would also enjoy the combination.

I mixed 2 drops of thieves with 3 drops of lavender to a dark oil bottle for better preservation.

It can be used topically or diffused in water for the diffuser or even sprinkle a few drops onto a potpurri of your choice.

Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) has a fresh, sweet, floral, herbaceous aroma that is soothing and refreshing. Because it is the most versatile of all essential oils, no home should be without it. It is great for winding down before bedtime, yet has balancing properties that make it just as beneficial for boosting stamina and energy. Lavender is highly regarded for skin and beauty. The French scientist René Gattefossé was the first to discover these properties when he severely burned his hands in a laboratory explosion.

Thieves® is a sweet and spicy aromatic blend of Clove, Eucalyptus Radiata, Lemon, Cinnamon and Rosemary. Enhance your wellbeing and place onto your pulse points and chest, diluting with a carrier oil, for an invigorating experience. Or you may want to transform your home by simply adding a few drops into a spray bottle filled with water before spritzing your space. Inspired by nature, this special blend is said to provide protection.
