The last few years have been quite difficult for everyone. Now when we are starting to feel better about ourselves and looking for new adventures and grow I have decided to relook at some of my own lifestyle choices.

I have always been a fan of perfumes and scents, that is why I joined FM World not just because I do not think that my Essential Oils are not working but because without the Essential Oils in the first place many perfumes and scents would not exist so by promoting an end product like the FM Products you get the best of both worlds.

As I fully appreciate this time of year has caused me great distress, I have found that following the guidelines that this is offering is sound advice.

I enjoy a good walk in the daylight hours especially when the sun is out and is warm on your face and even warm enough to sit and enjoy watching dogs play and birds dance amongst the trees and also the precious squirrels we would not be in quite the right place with out squirrels. I do enjoy the mornings with the birds singing and the trees swaying in the breeze. Sometimes early morning can be warmest part of the day.

I am in the process of doing some research for myself and have started to read this book which is so full of interesting tips on how to find the appropriate plant to help with the healing process of our bodies. I am keen to find a natural way of keeping healthy. Mentally as well as physically. The wonderful oils great scents individually, the combination of their individual characteristics are amazing. Offering support to the immune system and help with the healing process along with my recognising how important it is to bring myself humbly before the Great Creator of all the universe to bring about the inner peace and steady heart and mind. Handing all our fears and worries is an excellent way to start the day, enjoying the aromatic scents around the house in diffusers and burning oils is a great way to unwind even at the end of the day.
